  What a little hidden gem! I've lived in Islip my entire life and always drove right past this spot; I've been missing out.
  
  We went for an early brunch on New Years Eve and not only was the place empty, but the waiter was charming and the food was AMAZING. With a short menu and various fun cocktails, I settled on a mimosa and eggs Benedict. The eggs were cooked to absolute perfection, the seasoning was perfect, and the home fries were actual potatoes, not too overdone, with peppers. I left stuffed and absolutely satisfied.
  
  They bring out a basket of fresh bread (so fresh, it burns to the touch, so give it a minute) with a specialty honey butter; I had never had honey butter before, but it was absolutely delicious.
  
  The decor was great, the booth was huge, the environment was comfortable, excellent service, and divine food. 10/10 would recommend coming here to anyone!
