  My first visit to this Cactus was decent. In fact, despite the problematic ceiling and dingy hair-washing area, I found this to be a satisfactory place for a quick cut (on those rare occasions when my usual stylist is unavailable). I tried this Cactus again (same stylist), and this time the young woman who cut my hair was rude, preoccupied, and rushed. She barely trimmed the ends of my hair, and my hair didn’t even seem cut. It was not worth $$ spent.
